How do I return an item?

We want you to always be happy. Go back to our website and go to the “returns” section on our Home Page and complete the return request form. Or, if you prefer, feel free to call our Customer Service department at 855-PINKLILY (855-746-5545) and we will take it from there.
Product Information and Reason for Return

Please note that each vendor has their own specific return requirements. By filling out this form, we will be ready to discuss your specific item’s return policies. All returned item/s must be received in their original condition. The condition of the item
Must be re-sellable
All Items need to be returned within 15 days
All items must be Unworn
All items can not be altered
Wigs must not be cut or colored
Wigs must be in original state
Item/s must be unwashed
No smell of ladies perfume/deodorant/cigarettes
No makeup marks
All makeup can not be returned if used
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
