Not all of my items arrived in my package. No worries. In many instances your products are being sent to you directly by the manufacturer which can lead to your items being delivered in separate packages. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed? No worries. Give us a call and we will do everything we can to stop the order. The worst that will happen is that you could send the item back to us for a full refund. How do I return an item?
