ORDERS & SHIPPING

Shipping: The Pink Lily provides ground shipping at a flat rate of $5.99 inside the U.S. and offers free shipping on orders over $100 shipped within the U.S. We can arrange expedited shipping and will inform you of any additional costs prior to order processing. We will be happy to ship your products internationally, but it will be necessary for us to offer you those details prior to our filling your order.

You will receive an email communication from us at the time your order is placed and again at the time your order is shipped. Your shipping confirmation will include all tracking information for your convenience. If there are any unforeseen delays, you will be notified from us directly.

Separate Packages: When your order contains products from different vendors, your packages will arrive separately.
